Let’s see… our rivers, lakes, & wells are all being polluted by CAFO’s. We should probably do something about that. But, in the meantime, let’s make fireworks legal because people need to have fun, even if it means dying from that fun. This is our Iowa legislature, people.

only a matter of time before it happens here

This young man’s death is on the hands of our Iowa State Government.

We lived all this time WITHOUT legalized fireworks and now this.

Fireworks are dangerous and reek havoc on Veterans with PTSD, domestic animals, and wildlife.

NIT totally non bias news.

What for?

So sorry for the friends and family of this young man.

As sad as this is we should not be surprised. The surprising thing is that there were not more deaths. Some of the fireworks are very powerful. Equal to 1/4 stick of dynamite.

Completely agree with your comment. They have no respect for the law or anyone else. They are still violating the law and shooting off fireworks. It sound like a war zone. Bottle rockets bouncing off people roofs. Leaving their trash everywhere. Ban the damn things.
