I take it all of you were there huh and saw it all go down???

Deadly force is that force which a person uses with the purpose of causing death, or serious bodily harm. It’s use is justified only under conditions of extreme necessity as a last resort, when all lesser means have failed, and cannot reasonably be employed.

You are right there Ghost, I think they are not following the above order, which is what the military uses in guard situations.

Don’t flee
