Wanted meth dealer, thief arrested at Beje Clark

MASON CITY – Police nabbed two wanted criminals at the Beje Clark halfway house.

Two residents of the Beje Clark halfway house that had valid warrants were arrested Friday after police were notified they were at the facility.

Taken to jail was Ryan Charles Bilky, age 23, on a warrant connected to a third degree theft case i which he earlier pled guilty. He is being held on no bond and faces a December 12 probation revocation hearing.

Also jailed was Christopher Michael Winters, a convicted meth dealer who was sent to live at Beje “until maximum benefit achieved”. He is being held in the county jail on $10,000 cash bond until his probation revocation hearing on January 5.

You have got to be kidding me. Do you really mean they are able to hide from the law at Beje? How can this possibly be?
