CLARION – Two persons are reported dead – including a 5-year-old child from Britt – and two injured in a two-vehicle accident in Wright county Friday evening.

OF VEHICLE 2 AND WAS DRUG EAST ON 140TH STREET UNTIL UNIT 2 STOPPED,
VEHICLE 2 DRIVER WAS UNINJURED, VEHICLE 1 DRIVER AND CHILD PASSENGER
INJURED, ADULT PASSENGER AND CHILD DECEASED AT SCENE OF ACCIDENT
According to a report from the Iowa State Patrol, on Friday, September 5 at about 6 PM, a 2007 Chevy Coupe driven by 25-year-old Dustin Robert Shackelford of Texas was southbound on Ida Avenue with three passengers inside. At the same time, a 2007 Mack Truck driven by 27-year-old Travis Nickell of Goldfield was eastbound on 140th Street. Both roadways are gravel, and intersect at an uncontrolled intersection. The two vehicles collided; the Chevy Coupe struck the dual tires of a trailer being pulled by the Mack Truck and became lodged underneath, dragging the car until the truck stopped.
Shackelford and a child inside his car were injured and airlifted to Mercy Hospital in Mason City. An adult passenger, Miranda Frankie of Katy, Texas was killed, as was a 5-year-old child from Britt whose name is not being released at this time. Nickell was uninjured.

Damn shame this happened to a child. To bad it wasn’t the guy driving. He was the one who cause the child to be killed.
Yeah. I don’t know what your religious beliefs are LVS, but I tend to believe in rebirth. With that said, it’s FRIGHTENING AS HELL, to think of getting born into some of the utterly dysfunctional & ignoramus households that exist in America (and throughout the world). Comparatively, my birth is exceptional compared to some of the families I could have been born into. It’s so damn unfair and makes me weep. WHY? Why are so many humans so damn stupid, brash, and self serving?
I consider my intelligence and wisdom to be about normal. It is so very strange to me to learn other humans around me do not possess the same cognitive abilities as myself. While I’m not perfect in physical health, my mind and judgment are apparently exceptional compared to the droves around me. How can the masses be brought up to a higher level, so that we can advance society, and protect innocent children who become trapped within families so utterly despondent and retarded?
And BTW…People who deliberately make their tailpipe loud-be it motorcycle, truck or car, are still TERRORISTS, and no friends of a peaceful society.
This simple truth will never change, because truth can neither be created nor destroyed. It can be maligned, and misrepresented…skewed and buried…but eventually it will come knocking on your conscious once again…no matter how far you tried to run from it.
Stop into your local muffler shop and make the necessary repairs.

I guess that’d be a crime then wouldn’t it? I’m assuming you’re not talking selling me Tupperware. And think about it. If anyone were to commit a crime on a domicile-(assuming they live through the experience), they’d be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law-local, state, and Federal. Have fun with your daydream old chap.
@Philly_I guess you could call it a crime, but I doubt you can make it stick calling it a domicile crime. Possibly they are breaking the speed limit or a noise ordinance but you will have a difficult time proving that too.
