U.S. House votes to expel Rep. George Santos after allegations of wild corruption

WASHINGTON, D.C. -The U.S. House this morning voted to expel Rep. George Santos, 311 to 114, after his outrageous behavior, lies, and allegations of stealing from his own campaign.

WASHINGTON, D.C. -The U.S. House this morning voted to expel Rep. George Santos, 311 to 114, after his outrageous behavior, lies, and allegations of stealing from his own campaign.

After the vote, which required at least two-thirds majority, Santos quickly left the Capitol building, got in a car and drove away.

Santos, of New York, faces numerous criminal charges in court at this time as well.
