MASON CITY — Deborah Sue Fatland, 79, of Mason City, died Sunday, August 16, 2026, at Allen Memorial Hospital in Waterloo.
A memorial service celebrating Deborah’s life will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, August 25, at Trinity Lutheran Church, 213 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Mason City.
Family and friends may gather for visitation beginning at 9 a.m., one hour before the memorial service at the church.
Following her death, Deborah will be laid to rest at Black Hills National Cemetery in South Dakota.
Deborah was born May 14, 1947.
The funeral home’s published remembrance currently provides limited biographical and family information, but arrangements have been made for those who knew Deborah to gather Tuesday morning in Mason City to remember her life.
