WASHINGTON – Sen. Chuck Grassley of Iowa today made the following comment on the Obamacare open enrollment date shift for next year.
“Last night at 8:29, CMS put out a notice that it is shifting the start of open enrollment next year from October 1, 2014, to November 15, 2014. That means that if premiums go through the roof in the first year of Obamacare, no one will know about it until after the election. This is clearly a cynical political move by the Obama Administration to use extra-regulatory, by any means necessary tools to keep this program afloat and hide key information from voters. The Obama Administration ought to answer for this shift. The Administration is welcome to prove me wrong by committing to put out 2015 plan year premium rates by November 1, 2014.”
High 5 LVS. The reason many don’t seem to ‘get it’ is because they are on the receiving end of the Government. All hard working and tax paying people get it, more ways than one. Will we even recognize our country by 2016?
Now why do you think they would want to postpone this?? Could it be because they don’t want people to know what is in it before the election? Can it be because a whole bunch of people that now have insurance through their company will be losing their insurance and have to start paying for their own through Obamacare at a much higher rate?? Can it be because a whole bunch of Democrats are up for re-election and are afraid they will lose if people finally know what the dems have done to them and the economy?? What a bunch of slimball crooks they are and Obama is the biggest slimeball liar of them all. They can’t even defend him anymore because the whole country now knows about him. “You can keep your doctor and insurance if you like it”. “All of our troops will be out of Afganistan by the end of 2014”. All on tape many times.
