According to a Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s incident report there was an altercation around 10:30 am Saturday morning between two inmates in the county jail.
As a result 29-year-old Justin Lee Moor has been charged with one simple misdemeanor count of assault. Moor has also been moved away from other inmate to a special status cell.
Justin Moor has been held in jail since July 11th after being arrested on a warrant for one class C felony count of failing to comply with sex offender registration. The allegation is considered a class C felony under Iowa code 692A.111 due to his victim’s age listed on the sex offender registry as 0-13 years of age.
A trial for the felony sex offender registration charge has been set for October 9th at 1:30 pm. Moor could face up to 10 years in prison if convicted of the charge.
Justin Moor Isn’t as bad as he sound’s. I sat in special status with him for a month. People that make fun of sex offender’s deserve’s to be beat up. That’s what you get.
REALLY??? I have known this bum for YEARS now and he aint ever changed. I sexually abused a little girl, got out of prison and the 1st thing he did was rip off his grandmother for THOUSANDS of dollars! Then because he didnt want to admit what he did he didnt register, he deserves to go back to prison, and as for the person he assulted it was prolly from behind or a sucker punch. You did get one theng right though HE AINT BAD. Not only have i seen him get beat down, i have done it myself!
