The 92-year old Larsen died Tuesday, Oct. 4, 2016, at the Muse Norris Hospice Inpatient Unit, Mason City, Iowa. Larsen served on the Clear Lake City Council representing Ward 3 for 16 consecutive years, from 1988-2003. He retired from the council in 2003.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 12, 2016, at the Ward-Van Slyke Colonial Chapel, 101 N. Fourth St., Clear Lake.
