CHARLES CITY – A man came to a police station asking for money and was arrested.
According to Charles City police, on December 22 at 3:54 AM, they received a request for financial assistance from a man who came to the station.
Police soon discovered that the man asking for help, 39-year-old Ron Ferch of Panama City Beach, Florida, had an outstanding warrant and was arrested. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
