I don’t know who’s kids or family is up at 430am to see him. Oh wait they are not even his kids or is it his wife.
Also there is 3 sides to every story…yours…his/hers…and the outsider looking in.

Just stay away from her Joshua. She’s nothing but trouble!!!!

“captain cork” Im not saying he is innocent and I have been called a dumb f**k a time or two but I proudly served 20 plus years in the service and proud of it. gain Im not say he dint commit a crime just that maybe he went there for other reason. PS I think all domestic abusers should do time for 1st offence so they have time to think about the abuse they gave to the victim. Most county attorneys and judges give too much suspended sentencing. “ENOUGH SAID” “SEMPER FI:

Must you tell us every post about your service? You sound like a gang member.

Now wait a minute!!! This happened at 708 S Van Buren??!!! Please rewrite the title to SOUTHENDer violates recent no-contact order, back in jail.

USMC,..ya fencewalker.LJ,…you have to be the dumbest person I’ve ever seen(or heard for that matter). Are you twin brothers?

I was mocking Sargent Slapnutz! LOL

Its x-mas time so I will give him the benefit of doubt that just maybe he was trying to do the right thing. I know he has a NCO on him but maybe he truly loves his family and just needed to see them?? My big thing is there are so many repeat offenders that our bleeding heart judges keep putting them back on the street and if this person did commit an nco violation send him to jail but like I said before maybe he just needed to see his family, He might have a heart not just good judgement

I have never heard of a NCO having exceptions for holidays. If he wanted to be with his family he shouldn’t have beaten his wife/girl friend huh?

He was arrested, not convicted. Do you even know how to read and comprehend anything you read?

Maybe he just wanted to see his family on this day of our lord?????????????????????? Always 2 sides of the story.

So what if it’s Christmas and he just wanted to see his family! He needs to go to jail a suffer! What’s wrong with you, going soft now? I’m just saying what you usually say!

The new deal is, these women use the “no contact” order like a perverse weapon, heheh.

You hook up with them, live with them despite the “no contact”. But as soon as they feel like it, they call the cops. And bang your in trouble. Then when it cools down, you go back to them. And they do it again.

It’s illegal, because your not suppose to be there. But as soon, as they want, the woman calls the cops. And they are looking for you all over the city.
