MASON CITY – The following are the expenses paid by Cerro Gordo county and Board of Supervisor meeting minutes for the period ending on January 15, 2024:

The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in special session pursuant to adjournment at
9:15 a.m. Present: Chairperson Lori Meacham Ginapp, Vice Chairperson Chris Watts, Supervisor Casey Callanan, and various members of the public.
Callanan moved with Watts seconding, to approve today’s agenda. Motion passed unanimously.
Public comment session was held.
County Engineer Billings presented information regarding mitigation banks.
Callanan moved with Watts seconding, to go into closed session pursuant to Iowa Code Section 21.5(1)(j) to discuss the purchase or sale of particular real estate only where premature disclosure could be reasonably expected to increase the price the governmental body would have to pay for the property or reduce the price the governmental body would receive for that property at
9:28 a.m. Roll call vote: Callanan- Aye; Watts- Aye; Meacham Ginapp- Aye. Motion passed unanimously.
Watts moved with Callanan seconding, to come out of closed session at 9:44 a.m. Motion passed unanimously.
Callanan moved with Watts seconding, to adjourn at
9:45 a.m.
