CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man was jailed this weekend after his second arrest for drunk driving.
Billy Joel Abundis, age 37, was stopped and arrested by Clear Lake police on September 4. He was charged with second offense operating while intoxicated and failure to stop in an assured clear distance.
Abundis was jailed and then released as he awaits a court appearance on September 18. He plead guilty in 2012 to first offense operating while intoxicated.
