CHARLES CITY – A wanted Charles City man was located by police and taken to jail.
On December 7 at about 9:28 PM, Charles City police officers went to the 1000 block of North Grand Avenue and spoke with a resident at an apartment there. After an investigation, police arrested 20-year-old Luis Gonzales of Charles City on a Floyd county warrant for possession of an illegal substance with intent to deliver.
