MASON CITY – A Clear Lake man was arrested and his passenger was cited for alcohol violations by Mason City police this past weekend.
Dirk Joseph Vosburgh, age 21, was stopped by a Mason City police officer at the 600 block of 19th Street SW on November 1 at about 2:00 AM for an equipment violation. After an investigation, the officer determine that Vosburgh was intoxicated and he was arrested for first offense operating while intoxicated. The passenger as also cited for minor consumption of alcohol.
Vosburgh awaits a November 1 court hearing.
