FOREST CITY – Winnebago Industries, Inc. honored Harlan Rodberg today for 50 years of employment.

“Having an employee serve the company for 50 years is truly a milestone,” said Winnebago Industries’ Chairman, CEO and President Randy Potts. “Harlan is a very special employee. He is not only our first employee to ever reach this phenomenal milestone, he truly exemplifies the hard driving work ethic of the North Iowa area.”

Rodberg began his Winnebago career on February 24, 1964 as an electrician, wiring 110-volt systems in travel trailers, in one of the company’s former facilities. He has served in a variety of positions since that first day 50 years ago, including foreman, production supervisor and his current position as special repairer. Rodberg has worked on Line 1 in the motorhome facility for the last 34 years.
