Waterloo – On Sunday, December 1, 2013 at approximately 6:30 PM, Waterloo Police were sent to the 500 block of Mildred on report of shots fired. Officers found that Tyler Nicholas Clark, age 22, of 501 Lakeside, Waterloo had been shot once in the leg. He was taken to Allen Hospital for his injuries.
No suspects at this time.
