Wait what’s more funny is anonymous must have thrown out alot of things worth money in his day. Most of the what he says so called junk is worth alot of money. Antiques and memorablia. duuuh.

Who doesn’t know that? Oh anonymous.

Extremely funny caught! It’s nothing but a fun peaceful interesting place Max’s garden! How can that be illegal? Funny!

Yes this guy can’t stand the owner that’s all. If his kid had it it would be a different story. Why doesn’t he complain about all the run down areas of town or the house’s still boarded up from the floods??? Yards? That’s legal? Or just about anything else there is.

He has other issues…I mean come on..Nazi’s and coke and jews. Riiight that’s on the same level.

Take your coke and law handbook and have a roost at Max’s garden and enjoy the peace.

Shut the f up. Cripes you sound riduculous…who gives shit. Parameters my ass. Private prop. Legal not legal get over it. Not hurting one damn law. Wise up and talk real laws and issues out there.
You can’t stand him and that’s all you got.

Anonymouass Update your know of current happenings with gardens such as Max’s all around the country. Your words just date you and tell us you are one closed minded freak.

great place Max !!!!

@caught – So current happenings around the country take precedence over the law. So if a number of people run stop signs, that means it’s ok to do it even tho the law says it’s not. And if a number of people choose to snort coke, that means it’s ok to do it even tho the law says it’s not. Great place or not, the question is, does Maxs garden fall within or without the parameters of the law? Subjective reasoning such as yours is why the Nazis thought that 6 million Jews should be killed during WW2. And in your foolish tirade, you still did not answer the questions I posed in my post.

So if I have a bunch of trash and junk in my yard, and somebody calls the city to complain about it, all I have to say is that I am starting my own mini-park like Max first started out with, and I get a pass. Right? Max’s park may look nice, and people may like it, but there are laws about keeping junk and trash in plain sight in town. So why is Max allowed to get away with it? Does he feel he’s special, or privileged? If Max can break the law just because he wants to, what’s to stop someone to drive around breaking car windows just because he wants to? If Max doesn’t have to follow the law, why should anyone else?

You need to read the Constitution. Max’s garden is protected speech.

Many Niacc photography students take pictures at Max’s Garden. Good Luck Max!

I noticed the other day ex councilmen Nelson has one of Matt’s signs in his yard!

Max garden is a great place to hang out. Buses that come to request to stop there to check it out. If you do not like it Dave than don’t go there. Don’t trash mouth art. Max did this so people can enjoy it and many people do.

This whole Blue Zone thing in MC and in the schools is an absolute joke.

Art Park is what most call it. Before you put it down, you should take a walk through and look at the art contributed by local folks; there’s some really cool stuff and the way Max has arranged his collections is awesome! Don’t judge it until you’ve gone and checked it out up close yourself.

A lot of people really enjoy the garden. Which is more than anyone can say about the statues.

I wonder what Dave calls the statues made of clothes hangers that are down town?

What a joke this so called garden, more like an eye sore.

So you have a bunch of Atheiths having a blue zone picnic? wow

Just wondering, do they say Grace before the meal?

I must be an atheist, at least I know the correct spelling ! duhhhhhh

Max where can I get a sign to put in my yard????
