Man who killed mother of 5 denied freedom by Branstad

(DES MOINES) – Gov. Terry E. Branstad denied the following an application for commutation for Harry Sisco, age 78.

Siscocommitted his crime on April 2, 1991, in Scott County.  He is currently serving a life sentence for first-degree murder.

An online petition was started late last December asking Governor Branstad not to release Sisco.

According to the petition, Sisco killed Audrey Elaine Carle, 41, by shooting her in the head point blank with a .22 caliber weapon while she was sleeping.

Carle was a mother of 5.

“LIFE” means life in my book. If you do the crime, you do the time. PERIOD!!

He gets to be 79 She stays at 41…He needs more time to think about it.

Good for you, Gov. He deserves to die alone in prison.
