FOREST CITY, IOWA, November 8, 2012 – Winnebago Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WGO), a leading United States recreation vehicle manufacturer, has named to the position of district sales manager. Christoffersen replaces Ryan Helgeson, a district sales manager with the Company, who is transferring to another district.
In their positions, both Helgeson and Christoffersen are responsible for sales of the Company’s Winnebago®, Itasca® and Era® motor homes, as well as dealer development and training for dealers in their districts.
Helgeson has been a district sales manager with the Company since 2004, and is transferring to serve dealers in the upper Midwest and parts of Central Canada. For the past eight years, Helgeson worked with dealers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and the western part of Pennsylvania. Christoffersen now serves these dealers in his new position.
Helgeson earned a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI) in Cedar Falls, Iowa. Helgeson, his wife, Kelli and family, will be relocating to the Minneapolis, MN area.
Christoffersen also graduated from UNI with a bachelor of arts degree in communications/public relations. He, and his wife, Katherine, will be relocating to his district.
