MASON CITY – A two vehicle accident occurred on the east bound lane of Highway 122 Tuesday evening around 5:40 pm in front of the North Iowa Events Center main entrance.
Airbags were deployed. Only minor injuries were reported, but a witness said, “the woman in the car is okay, just a little shaken up.”
There were two people in a car from Minnesota and four persons, including two children, in a van, involved in the accident.
The Mason City Fire Department and ambulance were at the scene.
