On Wednesday, September 28th, Bradley Scott Berding age 57 was booked into Cerro Gordo County Jail on an aggravated misdemeanor charge of purchase/possession of medium depicting sexual exploitation of a minor.
Court records show Clear Lake police used an affidavit with five exhibits to obtain a search warrant on property of Bradley Berding on January 24th, 2011. The warrant was returned with a one page inventory of property seized as part of the investigation.
Bradley Berding had a hearing on initial appearance the next morning then was released on his own recognizance. A preliminary hearing has been set for October 14th at 8:30 a.m. and a public defender has been appointed.
Subject is innocent until proven guilty.
