As a 17 year old, I see my future disintegrating before me. The utter disregard of both Washington and Des Moines to basic financial principles is draining our country and our state and dumping the price on my generation. I have been politically involved since I was 12 and I have been appalled by the apathy of both the politicians and citizens of our state. This year I was chairman to 3 committees of 13-17 year olds -my generation- and we are scared for our futures, and our parents fear for their jobs. Brian Randall has also been watching from the sidelines and has also been appalled into action. His 30 years of sound business experience makes him more qualified than many legislative veterans, his call for economic responsibility and forethought are exactly what we NEED. He is already working with important figures from Des Moines to implement 2, 5, and 10 year budget predictions. He is also discussing, open to the public, online ‘state of our finances’ spread sheets. He is ! also morally upright, pro-life, and desiring a vote BY THE PEOPLE on a Marriage Amendment to the Iowa Constitution. What we need is reform not “change”! Send a message to Des Moines for Us, the youth of Iowa, vote for financial responsibility, vote for Our future, vote for freedom!
