CLIVE – A Northern Iowa man is a lot richer today after a lucky lottery ticket buy at a remote convenience store.
The Iowa Lottery says Kirk Lewton of Remsen, Iowa, is a “TOP PRIZE WINNER” now that he has cashed in for his winnings. They said Lewton (pictured at top via the Iowa Lottery) won a $100,000 prize with a Beat the Heat scratch ticket. Kirk bought his winning ticket at Mrs. B’s convenience store in Remsen.
“Congrats, Kirk!” the lottery proudly exclaimed.
They also noted that “for those keeping track, there are now 2 top prizes left in Beat the Heat. Good luck!”
