DES MOINES – Donald Trump fomented an insurrection on January 6, 2021, is liable for rape, and clearly detests Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds, but she is giddy this morning after the Supreme Court ignored all of this and allowed him to stay on a Colorado ballot.
Kim Reynolds statement this morning in response to the U.S. Supreme Court’s pro-Trump ruling in Trump v Anderson, in which Colorado Supreme Court ruled Trump is an insurrectionist and not eligible to be on their ballot, but is now allowed back on after this ruling:
“I applaud the Supreme Court for ending Colorado’s blatant attempt to subvert the will of the American people in the upcoming presidential election. The decision of who should serve as President belongs to the voters. Not only would this disenfranchise Coloradans, but Iowans as well who believe Donald Trump is the best candidate on the ballot. Frivolous attempts like this to harm the integrity of our elections should be struck down in similar fashion.”
Earlier, NIT reported that Reynolds endorsed Trump rival Ron DeSantis, and Donald Trump ruthlessly mocked her for it. Trump, once arrested in Georgia, owes an elderly woman over $80 million dollars for rape and defamation and New York many hundreds of millions of dollars for bank fraud, told Reynolds she was not welcome at his powerful rallies. Reynolds has always been sad that anyone in any jurisdiction has tried to hold Trump accountable for his many alleged crimes and low-character business dealings, as NIT also informed readers.
The Trump drama train barrels forward with prosecutions in Georgia, Washington, D.C., and New York. Reportedly, Scotland now is considering fraud charges. And there could be much more. Or, he could get elected President again and everything could vanish – except state charges and civil cases.
The Court has held that it's the task of Congress, not the states, to enforce the insurrection clause of the 14th Amendment. In 2021 the House voted 232–197 charging Donald Trump with incitement of insurrection. The Senate voted 57-43 that he was guilty.
What else should they do?— Richard W. Painter (@RWPUSA) March 4, 2024
I am disappointed in the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision stripping states of the authority to enforce Section 3 of the 14th Amendment for federal candidates. Colorado should be able to bar oath-breaking insurrections from our ballot.

Pretty much states she supports rape.
She is so shallow and transparent. How did her endorsement of DeSantis work out for her?
Let’s set the record straight, Trump was never convicted of insurrection. It is just some more made op shit by chickenshit Democrats
He tried to overthrow the government by rigging an election. He should be in jail.
