MASON CITY – On 12/05/12 Mason City Police took a report of a purse being stolen. The victim’s credit cards were then used at several businesses around Mason City. We are asking for assistance in identifying the subject in the photo as he may have information about the case. Anyone with information is asked to call the Mason City Police at 641-421-3636.
UPDATE: Police claim they have a suspect due to public response.

It isn’t slander if “sad but true” really thinks this dude looks like him. He is stating his OPINION and it is also a fact….He sort of does look like him. Also, it wasn’t spoken therefore it would be considered LIBEL as it was written. But that it is not either.
