Leroy Leonard White was born January 31, 1960, to Charles Lee and Janice (Wheeler) White in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He attended the Iowa Falls Schools.
Leroy is survived by his step father: Donald White of Iowa Falls; two sisters: Rayetta White of Iowa Falls, and Janet (Norman) Fossli of Chesapeake, Virginia; a brother: Jerry White of Mason City; half siblings: Lana Perkins, Donald White, Ronald (Anna) White, Tammy (Doug) Tychsen, and Robin (Nick) Mills; and many nieces and nephews, great and great great nieces and nephews.
He was proceeded in death by his parents and two nieces: Felicia West and April Johnson.
