MANCHESTER, IOWA – The allure of booze was so strong that a couple allegedly tried to steal a tasty beverage from a Northern Iowa grocery store.
Manchester, Iowa police were called to the Fareway Store on August 12, 2017. Staff at Fareway advised two people had removed a bottle of liqueur from the store without paying. Staff were able to identify the suspects. An investigation provided probable cause for an arrest of the suspects.
