CERRO GORDO COUNTY, December 27, 2012 – The Cerro Gordo County Community Foundation (CGCCF), an affiliate of the Community Foundation of Northeast Iowa, is announcing the grant application process and deadline for grants to be awarded in 2013. The grant application deadline for the CGCCF’s granting cycle is April 1, 2013. Grants may be awarded in the following areas: arts & culture, community affairs & development, education, environmental education & protection, health, historical preservation, human services and youth programs.
Grant applications will only be available online this year. Grant applications that are incomplete or that are submitted in hard copy form will not be considered for funding. The applications can be accessed starting on January 1st at www.cerrogordoccf.org., through the “grants” menu on the website’s home page. Grants can be awarded to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations and governmental entities (school, city, county). Complete applications must be submitted online by April 1, 2012 to be considered for funding.
