DELAWARE COUNTY, IOWA – A Northern Iowa man was busted this weekend for feloyn drunk driving.
On August 20, 2017 a Manchester police officer stopped a car on East Union Street for a traffic violation. During the course of the traffic stop, the officer observed clues that led the officer to believe the driver of the vehicle was under the influence of alcohol. Further investigation provided the officer with probable cause to make an arrest of the driver, 35-year-old Curtis Eric Winston Jr. of Delhi, Iowa. He was charged with OWI 3rd offense a Class D Felony; Driving While License Denied or Revoked a Serious Misdemeanor; and Driving While License Barred an Aggravated Misdemeanor.
