Trash gone again.

Hopefully, since we rid ourselves of that witch Anita, the school district has freed up some money.

Name caller. Act like an adult

Whiner, grow up you sissy.

hey it cost the district more money to get rid of her than it did to keep her… That was a power play by a couple of women on the board

maybe start in mid sept and go untill june without all the time off during the year. oh right, the teacher union wont allow that?

YES!

if you had any common sense you would know the Teachers Association doesn’t make out the school calendar. That is made by the policy makers( school boards)

Is it any hotter now then it was in the 50’s 60’s 70’s etc. I’ve always wondered why when new schools are built, A/C systems are put in at that time. Seems it would be less expensive, and less school time lost.

They want to do this for what/ Possibly 10 days of temps in the 70’s. A waste of taxpayer money again.

You must not be a native Iowan. And you probably have never been in a classroom when the temperature hits 85, if you have ever been in a classroom at all. You also must not read anything about how effective teaching is when the students are so hot they can’t concentrate. You probably haven’t parented any children either who come home from an non air-conditioned room after a hot day.

Are you really that damn stupid or do you work at it? Of course I went to school here and so did my children and my relatives. I don’t think it is the kids, it is the cry baby teachers who are afraid to get a little sweaty.

Trash taken out again.

Aside from a shop, how many places, where you work indoors, don’t have A/C anymore? Not many.

Install ceiling fans, the poor also have projects/dreams.
