BT Factory, Best Value Daytona
BT Factory mainly focuses on the Daytona.
It also uses the Dandong 4131 movement. The dial details are slightly behind VS Factory, but the price is a little lower.
The clasp has already been upgraded to a weld free construction. During the old N Factory era, Daytona clasps had obvious welding marks, but BT Factory has solved this issue.
If your budget is limited and you want a Daytona, BT Factory is worth considering first.
CF Factory, Specialist in GMT Pepsi Bezel Models
CF Factory produces some of the best GMT Pepsi and Coke bezel versions.
The transition between the red and blue colors on the bezel is reproduced very well, and the watches use the Dandong 3285 movement. The GMT function operates in the same general way as the genuine watch.
If you specifically want a Pepsi GMT, CF Factory is the first choice.
Avoid Discontinued Factories
C Factory, also known as Clean Factory, has already closed. V Factory, which was formed by people from the former C Factory team, has also stopped supplying watches. N Factory has been gone since 2019.
Many watches currently being sold under these factory names are either falsely labeled products or old inventory that has been sitting around for years.
Once a factory disappears, its parts supply chain also disappears. If the watch breaks, repairs can become difficult.
Avoid these versions.

Which Versions Should You Buy for the Submariner, Daytona, and Datejust?
Submariner
For 2026, I only recommend VS Factory.
The black Submariner 126610LN uses the Dandong DD3235 movement with a date function. The no date 124060 uses the DD3230.
Power reserve is around 70 hours, similar to the genuine movement. The ceramic bezel does not normally fade even after four or five years.
For the green Submariner 126610LV, VS Factory is also one of the strongest choices. The green color of the dial has been adjusted very carefully and is difficult to distinguish from the genuine watch with the naked eye.

I have personally worn a VS third generation green Submariner for two years. During normal daily use, I have only needed to adjust the time once.
Daytona
VS Factory uses the Dandong 4131 movement.
The stainless steel black ceramic Daytona and Panda Daytona weigh around 142 grams, compared with approximately 145 grams for the genuine watch, a difference of around three grams.
The chronograph functions are fully operational.
The tested power reserve is around 65 to 70 hours. From the factory, the movement may run around six to seven seconds fast per day. If this bothers you, it can be regulated to bring the daily deviation closer to zero.
BT Factory uses the same movement and costs slightly less, making it a good value option.

Datejust
VS Factory uses the Dandong DD3235 movement.
The date window has good clarity, while the fluted bezel has sharp and clearly defined edges.
The 126334 diamond marker version is particularly popular among customers in Taiwan.
GMT Master
For the Pepsi and Coke bezel versions, CF Factory with the Dandong 3285 movement is one of the most stable choices.
The Batman blue and black bezel model is also available from VS Factory.
If the two are compared directly, CF Factory has a slight advantage for the Pepsi, while VS Factory performs better on the Batman.
Avoid These Channels When Buying Replica Rolex Watches
DHgate
Most Rolex replicas sold on DHgate are low end products.
Because platform regulation is strict, genuine factory level high end replicas cannot easily be listed publicly.
Rolex replicas priced at $200 to $300 generally use generic movements and lower grade cases. They are completely different products from an $600 VS Factory watch.
The difference can often be seen immediately.
Facebook Groups
There are some sellers in Facebook groups, but seller quality varies considerably and falsely labeled products are common.
Just last week, a customer bought what was advertised elsewhere as an APS Factory Audemars Piguet. After receiving the watch and opening it, it turned out to be a THB Factory product.
The same problem exists with Rolex replicas. Some sellers use mid range replicas and advertise them as VS Factory watches. It may be difficult to tell from pictures alone, and the buyer only discovers the problem after receiving the watch.
Street Stalls and Night Markets
These are almost entirely the lowest grade replicas.

Super clone Rolex watches have a certain production cost. If someone tells you that you can buy a VS Factory Submariner for $200, there is a very high chance that it is actually a mid range replica being sold under the VS Factory name.
Be particularly cautious when the price is significantly below this range.
For a first purchase, I recommend starting with a Submariner.
The Submariner is one of the most mature models in the replica Rolex market. VS Factory has already gone through several generations of improvements, and overall quality and reliability are relatively stable.
