CLEAR LAKE – A North Iowa man was stopped by deputies and found to be in possession of illegal drugs.
Cerro Gordo deputies conducted a traffic stop Tuesday just before midnight in Clear Lake at the 500 block of 1st Avenue North. The driver of the vehicle, Cody Austin Buford Henry, age 33 of Emmetsburg, arrested for possession of controlled substance 2nd offense (marijuana) and no insurance. A warning was given for a non working third brake light and non working license plate lights.
Henry has had numerous other arrests on drug possession, fighting and violent behavior, drunk driving, and more. He was soon released from jail pending a court date.
