MASON CITY – A Mason City man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant for a probation violation.
Michael Aaron Cordell Canady was picked up Tuesday by a Cerro Gordo County Sheriff’s Deputy at 818 15th Street SW at about 11:40 AM.
Canady was wanted on a warrant for a probation violation for public intoxication and for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.
Canady faces a hearing on June 28th. He recently plead guilty to public intoxication (3rd or subsequent offense) and possession of a controlled substance.
