Mason City woman picked up on warrant Wednesday

MASON CITY – A Mason City woman was picked up by police on a warrant for not reporting to jail.

Nicole Marie Tabor, age 31, was booked into the Cerro Gordo County Jail at 12:48 am Wednesday morning. Mason City police had picked her up near South Monroe Avenue and 1st Street SW at 12:07 AM.  Tabor was to report to jail on September 25th for failure to pay child support.

In addition, Tabor was charged with interference with official acts, a simple misdemeanor.

Tabor is also set to face a judge on October 23rd, 2012 for failure to pay court costs and fines of $913.79 after pleading guilty to 5th degree theft charges on August 15th, 2012.

Tabor also owes $5,291.38 after pleading guilty in 2010 to second offense operating while intoxicated and 4th degree criminal mischief.

Nicole Marie Tabor – SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
