Charles City, Iowa – Local radio stations 95-9 KCHA and Fabulous 1580 in Charles City will host a candidate forum on Thursday October 18th for the sheriff’s candidates in Floyd County.
The program on KCHA will begin at 7:00 p.m. at the radio station, with Floyd County Sheriff candidates Rick Lynch and William Vetter. The forum will not be open to the public, however you may listen to the broadcast at 7pm Thursday October 18th.
News Director Chris Berg will question the candidates. The public is encouraged to submit questions to the radio station ahead of time by filling out the online form at www.KCHAFM.com. Forms will also be available at the studio, 207 North Main Street, Charles City between normal business hours, Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm.
Candidates will have an opportunity to make opening and closing statements.
Deadline to submit a question is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 17.
