MASON CITY – A house in Mason City has been deemed unsafe and will be demolished.
According to a public notice from City Hall, the house, located at 107 7th Street SW, has been deemed unsafe and will be demolished by the end of October.
The house is owned by Irene D. Shahan.
Hmm. And those crappy buildings that Russ Hardy has on the north end still stand. Is the city on His payroll and why doesn,t the department of health go in there and look at all the pigeon crap. Why! Are they afraid od Russ?
who wants the property? if only somone had mowed the lawn. you cant tell me this is the worse house in Mason city. why did this one move to the top of the list?
What a shame. It looks as if it was a pretty little house that just needed some TLC along the way.
