MASON CITY – Beginning Monday August 13, 2012 at 7:00 a.m., the Mason City Utility Division will begin Sewer Manhole repairs at the 1100 block of N. Federal Avenue (Highway 65 North).
U.S. Highway 65 North will be reduced to one lane traffic northbound and one lane traffic southbound between 10th Street NW to 13th Street NW. 11th Street NE will be closed to through traffic between N. Federal Avenue and N. Delaware Avenue.
The projected time for repairs is expected to be approximately 3 days.
Expect congestion and delays around this area while the street is under construction. Please watch for construction workers and equipment if you are traveling near the work zone.
