THORNTON – Shortly before 7pm on Wednesday Cerro Gordo County Sheriff Deputies responded to a verbal domestic at 300 Larch Street in Thornton.
As a result a resident of the address identified as 51-year-old Barbara Jean Lerdal was arrested for a simple misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Lerdal was transported to the Cerro Gordo County Jail and was released after posting a $300 bond.
Court records show Lerdal was arrested by Cerro Gordo County law enforcement for 3rd degree harassment in January of this year. The charge was later dismissed by the court the day of the scheduled trial in the matter.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
