THORNTON – A woman was arrested for a domestic assault just after midnight in Thornton.
Angela Jean Flummer, 34, of Thornton was arrested for simple domestic assault after four Cerro Gordo County sheriff’s deputies responded to a call to a residence there.
Flummer was charged with simple domestic assault (708.2A(2A)), a simple misdemeanor.
Flummer had 5th degree theft charges dismissed in 2011. She plead guilty to 4th degree theft in 2012 and served 2 days in jail and paid a $315.00 fine for that offense. Then just last April, Flummer plead guilty to 5th degree theft for an incident that same month and was fined $200.
SUBJECT IS INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY
