The Board of Supervisors of Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, met in regular session pursuant to adjournment. Present:
Chairman Chris Watts, Vice Chairman Casey Callanan (via phone), Supervisor Carl Ginapp, and various
members of the public.
Chairman Watts convened the meeting at 10:00 a.m. Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve
today’s agenda and the minutes for the January 27, 2025 staff discussion and the January 27, 2025 regular session.
Motion passed unanimously.
Public comment session was held.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve claims. Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve the payroll register for period ending 01/25/2025. Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve the following payroll change:

Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve the Mail Machine Lease with Pitney Bowes and authorize the County Auditor to sign. Motion passed unanimously.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to approve reports from the Environmental Health Service Manager
concerning Manure Management Plan Update for Christensen Family Farms Site F108 (site #59310) and
Site 114 (site #65040) and forward to the DNR. Motion passed unanimously.
County Engineer Billings provided an update.
Representatives from Carbon Summit Solutions provided an update.
Ginapp moved with Callanan seconding, to adjourn at 10:15 a.m. Motion passed unanimously.
Various tabulations, reports, correspondence and other documents that were presented at today’s meeting are placed on file with the supplemental minutes.
