On Monday, April 23rd, 26-year-old Chelsea Lee Meinecke was sentenced in Cerro Gordo County District Court for her distribution of Lortab during an investigation by the North Iowa Drug Task Force that concluded in the arrest of 15 defendants in July 2011.

Meinecke was charged with one class C felony count of delivery of Lortab following a controlled buy on March 22nd, 2011.

Court records show Meinecke entered a negotiated voluntary guilty plea (also known as a plea bargain agreement) on February 27th, 2012.

At the sentencing hearing on Monday presiding Assistant Chief Judge James M. Drew sentenced Meinecke to serve up to 10 years in prison for the delivery of Lortab.

In addition Judge Drew sentenced Meinecke to serve up to 2 years in prison for violating her probation on April 12, 2012 in a 3rd offense possession of marijuana conviction that had originally been filed as a distribution of marijuana case but was amended through a plea bargain.

Judge Drew also sentenced Meinecke to serve up to 2 years in prison for violating her probation a 2nd time on September 6th, 2011 in a 3rd degree theft conviction that had originally been filed as a 2nd degree robbery but was amended through a plea bargain.

The two 2 year sentences in the repeated probation violations are to be served concurrently with the 10 year prison sentence.

Meinecke is currently listed on the Cerro Gordo County Jail Inmate Population Report as awaiting transport to prison.

Nasty skank tried to offer sexual favors to install her satellite dish because she did not have the landlords permission. I called my company and had somebody else go back to install it

Really? Lortab? Talk about being at the bottom of the ladder when it comes to “drug” dealers.

I heard that Dustin kid is something else. He points out his owns flaws but never tries to do anything about his own. I’ve heard from many that he is a hypocrite. I think that he has something else coming his way..

He was running his mouth on North Iowa Mugshots a few days ago on her mugshot. Sounds like a real degenerate. I think he basically got a slap on the wrist for his involvement.
