CLEAR LAKE – A Clear Lake man who recently crashed his Harley-Davidson motorcycle is facing arraignment on burglary and sexual assault charges.

Over this past weekend, on October 22, 37-year-old Johnathan James Goerish from Clear Lake crashed his blue 2006 Harley Davidson FLHXI motorcycle. That crash is under investigation by police.

Goerish’s troubles are only getting worse, as he was arrested back in September on felony charges of sexual abuse and burglary, brought by Clear Lake police for crimes he allegedly committed on August 21, 2022. He will be arraigned on the charges on November 1.

Goerish was released from jail by a judge, giving him the opportunity to crash his motorcycle.
