CHARLES CITY – A Charles City man pled guilty to a felony burglary charge and must serve probation and pay restitution.
Jared Leo Johnston, age 24, was arrested by Charles City police on a charge of felony third degree burglary for an incident that allegedly occurred on February 1, 2015.
Johnston pled guilty this month to third degree burglary. He was sentenced to 3 years of probation and received a suspended 5-year prison sentence. He must also pay $500 in restitution and pay other court fees and submit a DNA sample.
