Always have. Ericson is a replacement for Bob Olson who stepped in to help the transition from Randy Potts to whomever they find to replace him. Bob was never going to be a long term employee. Right now the fight continues as to who they will hire – will they go with one of their own or bring in someone from the outside who has no ties to N. Iowa? If they do, then watch as Winnebago slowly moves out of here. Next stop? The great Northwest.

What’s going on there? Why do they go through CEOs so fast?
