So you’ve booked in, now all you need to do is wait for our team to arrive. They will.meet you at the property ready to start cleaning, unless you can be there on the day. In this case we can offer a key collection service for a small additional charge. The cleaners will come and collect the keys from an agreed address and they can either return them to this address on completion or they can post them through the properties letterbox that is being cleaned. Either way there are options to make it as easy for you as possible. So once the cleaning team arrives they will get straight to cleaning. They will begin by wiping down all doors, skirting and light fittings, they will be disinfected using our professional cleaning products. Any furniture such as side tables, TV units, Bed frames, and so on will also be dusted and disinfected. We will also dust and disinfect the exterior and interior of Wardrobes and Chest of Drawers. Once this has all been cleaned they will move onto interior windows, they will be cleaned using the best prochem cleaning products that will leave them sparkling and streak free. Exterior window cleaning is not included in the End of Tenancy Cleaning London programs unfortunately, however you can book our experienced Exterior Window cleaner at an additional cost if required. Once everything in the room is. Learn they will vacuum if you have carpeted flooring, if you require a deeper clean for your carpets you will need to book our professional Steam Cleaning Technician, this is an additional cost however will leave your carpets looking and feeling like new. Our Carpet technician can remove stains and revive your carpets so they are smelling fresh and looking fabulous. If you have Hardwood or laminate flooring the cleaners will sweep and mop the flooring using the correct products to suit the type of flooring you have.
Once the cleaners are nearly finished they will call you and let you know, this will give you the option to retire to the property before they leave and check over the clean to ensure you are happy with the results, they will be more that happy to go over any areas that you might feel need a little more attention. If for any reason you cannot be present at the end of the clean we can offer to send our cleaner back free of charge if you are unhappy with any areas however you will need to check the property no later than 24 hours after the clean has been completed and no Tennant’s have been living in the property prior to the check.
