FOREST CITY – Winnebago today announced Trisha Hammer as the Company’s Director of Purchasing, and she will be re-locating to North Iowa from Lakeville, MN.
Hammer has more than 15 years of experience in purchasing and procurement positions. She was employed by Oshkosh Corporation in Wisconsin for 14 years, where she most recently served as Senior Defense Segment Manager, Global Procurement and Supply Chain since 2011. Prior to joining Winnebago, Hammer, was employed by United Healthcare as the Director of Procurement and Subcontracts in Minnetonka, MN. She had also previously worked for Parker Hannifin, where she served as Senior Sales Specialist from 1990 to 1999.
“Trisha is a great addition to our team,” said Sarah Nielsen, Winnebago’s Vice President, Chief Financial Officer. “Her prior process improvement and cost reduction experience will be very beneficial to Winnebago with the current strategic sourcing and ERP initiatives underway.”
She graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh, with a Bachelor of Liberal Studies degree in technical communication. Hammer is a Certified Professional in Supply Management as well as in Supplier Diversity and a member of the Institute of Supply Management.
Hammer is a native of Lakeville, Minnesota, and will be relocating to the northern Iowa area.
