MASON CITY – Police watched a man fall into the snow and struggle with no success to stand up, leading to his arrest.
On the afternoon of January 12, 2015, Mason City police officers observed Rann Tyrone Campbell, age 42, fall into the snow near his home at 780 South Pierce Avenue. Campbell was unable to get up on his own. Officers assisted him and arrested subject for public intoxication.
Campbell is due in court on January 21.
Sad thing is he had a broken hip and diabetes 2. He left his key in apt as he took garbage out and walked around to the front to get let in…sad people who arresited him for being right outside where he lived!! Drinking on his own living area?? He’s passed away now. Delete this..
