MASON CITY – A Rockford sex offender was jailed Friday for a parole violation.
Andrew Henry Martin, age 30 of Rockford but formerly of Mason City, was jailed after he appeared in court for an arrest warrant. Martin was convicted in 2012 after Mason City police charged him with possession of child pornography.
Martin could face the two year prison term that was suspended as part of his plea deal. He is being held on no bond at this time.
