Mason City man arrested for stealing from Wal-Mart

MASON CITY – A Mason City man was jailed after attempting to steal from Wal-Mart.

Mason City police responded to the Wal-Mart store at 4151 4th Street SW on the afternoon of November 28. Loss prevention at the store had Todd Aaron Howard Hamilton Sutton, age 23, detained at the store. After an investigation, Sutton was arrested and charged with fourth degree theft and taken to the county jail.

Sutton was released and later appointed a public defender. He awaits a December 19 hearing.

I agree! How many names do you need man?

I haven’t seen anything about it yet, but they stole three T.V.’s at Target the other night. Luckily they caught on and caught one of them so they only got away with two.

He’s not sure which guy is his father…
